Write for Us - AI & SaaS Guest Posts
zPlatform AI accepts hands-on guest posts on AI tools, SaaS reviews, AI SEO, AI marketing, lifetime deals, and AI workflow case studies. If you have built or used something interesting and have specific data or screenshots to back it up, this is the right place to pitch.
Who reads zPlatform AI
Our readers are SaaS founders, AI builders, in-house marketers, agency owners, freelance consultants, and SMB operators in the buying decision phase. They are active in the AppSumo / Dealify / SaaS Pirate ecosystem and trust hands-on, opinionated content over generic listicles. If your post helps them make a smarter purchase or implement AI more effectively, it will land.
Topics we accept
Posts that show real testing, real data, or real implementation lessons. The bar is high - average accepted submissions get 1-2 editing rounds before publishing.
- AI tool comparisons (head-to-head, ranked, with real data)
- Hands-on AI tool reviews (with screenshots and use cases)
- AI for SEO, content, marketing, automation - implementation guides
- AI workflow case studies (results-driven, with metrics)
- AI prompt engineering for specific verticals
- SaaS lifetime deal teardowns and analysis
- AI ethics, governance, and compliance for businesses
- Industry trend pieces backed by primary research
What we will reject without reading past the pitch:
- Generic ChatGPT explainers ("What is ChatGPT?" / "10 things ChatGPT can do")
- Listicles without hands-on testing
- Posts that are thinly disguised promotion of one product
- AI-generated content with minimal human editing
- Re-spun versions of content already published elsewhere
- Anything below 1,500 words
Content guidelines
Read these before you write. Submissions that do not meet the basics get bounced.
- Length
- 1,500 - 3,500 words. Quality over quantity. Cut anything that does not earn its place.
- Originality
- 100% original work. Not published elsewhere. We run plagiarism + AI detection on every submission.
- AI assistance policy
- You can use AI to research, outline, or polish. But the analysis, opinions, screenshots, and examples must come from your hands-on work.
- Voice
- Honest, specific, opinionated. We prefer "Tool A is better for X because Y" over "Both have their pros and cons".
- Evidence
- Every claim that can be supported by data should be. Pricing pages, official docs, test results, screenshots, GSC/GA4 data, third-party reviews.
- Links
- Up to 2 contextual dofollow links to your own work. Affiliate links must be disclosed and rel="nofollow sponsored". Promotional links to your service get rejected.
- Images
- Original screenshots only. No stock photos, no AI-generated hero art. We will help you with optimised featured images.
- Format
- Submit as Google Doc with comment access, or markdown via this form. Include H2/H3 structure and a one-paragraph author bio.
Submission process
- 1Pitch first. 2-3 sentences via the form or email - do not write a full draft yet.
- 2Hear back in 5 business days. Yes / no / counter-suggestion - always with reasoning.
- 3Write the draft (2-3 weeks). Use the brief we send back.
- 4Editorial review (7-10 days). 1-2 rounds of structural + line edits.
- 5Publish + promote. Live URL, byline + bio, newsletter feature, social + YouTube cross-promotion.
What you get
- Author byline + bio block with up to 2 dofollow links
- Permanent place in the appropriate category and best-of lists
- Inclusion in the next newsletter (15K+ engaged readers)
- Cross-promotion on YouTube channel and social
- Permanent access to the contributor Slack/Facebook group
- No content removed without your permission
Pitch your guest post
Pitch first - do not send a finished draft. Keep it specific: topic, why it fits zPlatform, what data you have, your background.
Or pitch directly: delon@zplatform.ai - put "Guest post pitch" in the subject line.
Write for Us FAQ
Do you pay for guest posts?
No, we do not pay cash for guest posts. The compensation is reach (15K+ readers), permanent SEO real estate on a real publication, and authority for your byline. If you are looking for paid content work, this is not the right fit.
How long does the review process take?
Initial response within 5 business days. Full editorial review on accepted pitches takes another 7-10 days. Publishing usually happens within 4 weeks of acceptance, depending on editorial calendar fit.
Can I include affiliate links in my post?
Up to 1 affiliate link is allowed if it is contextually relevant and clearly marked rel="nofollow sponsored". You must disclose the affiliate relationship in the article. Posts that read like affiliate sales pages get rejected.
Can I republish my post on Medium / LinkedIn / my own site?
Not as the same article. After publishing on zPlatform you can summarise the key takeaways elsewhere with a "Originally published on zPlatform" attribution and a canonical link, but the full piece stays exclusive to us.
What topics do you reject most often?
Generic ChatGPT explainers, listicles built without hands-on testing, "Top 10 AI tools" posts that just rephrase vendor marketing, and pitches that are clearly written to promote one specific paid tool. We also reject anything obviously AI-generated.
Can my agency / team submit a post under one of our writers?
Yes, as long as the writer named is the actual author and we can verify their identity (LinkedIn or Twitter check). We do not accept ghost-written posts where the credited author had no involvement.
What happens after my post is published?
You get a published date confirmation, a permanent canonical URL, a copy of the live post for your portfolio, and inclusion in the next newsletter. We monitor performance for 30 days and will email you with traffic + engagement data.
I have an idea but I am not sure if it fits - can I check first?
Yes - send a 2-3 sentence pitch via the form below or directly to delon@zplatform.ai with subject "Guest post pitch". Faster than writing a full draft that does not fit.
Can I submit a sponsored post (paid placement)?
No - sponsored posts and editorial guest posts are kept completely separate. If you want a paid placement, contact us about featured ad spots on listing pages instead. Editorial guest posts must have no payment in either direction.
